Benefits of Serving France:
Merci!
Louis Sabattier, 1919 You were born to serve your country! It is your obligation to fight in the Great War in order to protect France and her people. Fulfill your rightful duty and then experience the gratitude of the entire nation of France. The propaganda poster on the right is an allusion. The woman who is kissing the French soldier symbolizes a girl on the literal level and France on the figurative level. France is kissing the solider to express her gratitude for his act service. |
Our Technological Advancements are sure to demolish the enemy!
With the recent creation of fighter planes equipped with heavy artillery that could commence combat in the sky and shoot down any enemies. They are the ones at risk, with these advancements, fighting should be a breeze.
This is all thanks to Roland Garros, "On April 1, 1915 French pilot Roland Garros took to the air in an airplane armed with a machine gun that fired through its propeller. This feat was accomplished by protecting the lower section of the propeller blades with steel armor plates that deflected any bullets that might strike the spinning blades. It was a crude solution but it worked, on his first flight Garros downed a German observation plane. Within two weeks Garros added four more planes to his list of kills. Garros became a national hero and his total of five enemy kills became the benchmark for an air "Ace."’
We can defeat the Germans and Austrians thanks to this invention, they will never see what hit them!
