You must fight in the war if it is in your ability to do so!
It is your duty to serve your country of France through fighting. In order for this nation to succeed, you must sacrifice your self and join the millions of others who care more about France than they care about themselves. If you cannot join the war, it is your responsibility to donate to the French army through war bonds.
These war bonds will speed up the process of the war and ensure safety for the courageous soldiers.

"Foreigners, friends of France, who during their sojourn here have learned to love and cherish her as a second country, feel an imperious need to offer her their arms."
"Intellectuals, students, workmen, able-bodied men of all sorts- born elsewhere, domiciled here- we who have found spiritual nourishment or material food, we grouped ourselves together in a solid bond of volunteers…"
